ALL CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR COURSES AND GROUP CLASS DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Students are required to cancel BY EMAIL at least 1 week before the class for a full refund. Cancellations within the week of the class will not be refunded and can be rescheduled ONE TIME ONLY.
