We founded Lion's Den Tactical with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable training and shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. RETURNS AND REFUNDS (MERCHANDISE)

How It Works

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Returned by Customer - It is best to contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products for size exchanges will be offered at 50% restocking fee.
